A calm and sustainable approach to wellbeing

One-to-one coaching for people who want to feel steadier in their body, their habits, and their day — without a plan that burns out by February.

The practice

Wellbeing built to actually last

Whether you’re recovering from burnout, rebuilding a relationship with food and movement, or simply want a steadier baseline, sessions are unhurried, personal, and grounded in what’s sustainable for your actual life — not an idealised one.

How we work together

Rest

Restore your baseline

We start by lowering the noise — sleep, stress load, and nervous system regulation — before anything else changes.

Recalibrate

Rebuild your habits

Small, testable adjustments to food, movement, and routine, reviewed and refined session by session.

Realign

Reconnect with purpose

Once the basics hold, we look at what your wellbeing is actually in service of — and shape the routine around it.

Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Pavan

I started this practice after learning the hard way that willpower alone doesn’t build a life that feels good to live in. What does is small, honest adjustments — made consistently, with someone in your corner who isn’t handing you a template.

I work with people who are tired of restarting. Together we build a routine around your actual energy, your actual schedule, and your actual goals — so it holds up long after the first few weeks.

"Rest, recalibrate, realign — in that order. Not the other way around."

What working together feels like

I've done wellness coaching before and always fell off after a month. This was different — nothing felt like too much, and that's exactly why it stuck.

Frequently asked questions

What happens in the free consult?
A relaxed 20-minute conversation, no pressure and nothing to prepare. We talk through where you are, what's felt hard, and whether coaching together feels like a good fit for you.
How long does coaching usually take?
Most people work with me for three to six months. We move at the pace that suits your life — some weeks are about small adjustments, others are simply about holding steady.
Is this in person or online?
Both. Sessions can happen in person locally or over video call, whichever is easier for your week — and you're welcome to mix the two.
Do I need to already have healthy habits in place?
Not at all. Most people start from scratch, or from feeling like everything they've tried before hasn't stuck. We build from wherever you're standing right now.
How much does coaching cost?
Pricing depends on the length and format of the package that suits you best — this is something we'll talk through openly during your free consult.
